What does exclusive search mean?

When you choose my exclusive search option:

  • I am the sole recruitment partner for this role until it's filled or the mandate is mutually closed.
  • Because of this exclusivity, I can commit to a 14-day turnaround on initial shortlisted profiles (typically 5-7 fully vetted candidates depending on plan) and regular check-in calls or updates until a hire is confirmed.
  • You won't be billed by other agencies for this position—I manage all candidate outreach, screening, testing, and reference-check coordination in one place.
How does the 3-month replacement guarantee work?

Our comprehensive 3-month replacement guarantee includes:

  • The 90-day period begins on the candidate's official start date.
  • If, for any reason, the hire leaves or is terminated within those 90 days, I will conduct a full replacement search at no additional placement fee.
  • "Full search" = updated role brief + targeted candidate outreach + up to 5 (Single Hire) or 7 (Pro 3×) new A-list profiles + 2 reference checks per candidate.
  • Exclusions: Resignation for reasons entirely beyond job performance (e.g., relocation due to family emergency) will be handled case-by-case; if we cannot source a replacement, I will prorate a partial refund of the placement fee.
  • To activate the guarantee, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of the candidate's departure.
Are GST and other taxes included in your rates?

Yes, all rates displayed are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden fees or additional taxes that will be added to your invoice.

How quickly can you find candidates?

With my exclusive search option, I can hire fast and efficiently and offer a 14-day turnaround for initial candidate profiles. This means within 14 days of engagement, you'll receive fully vetted candidate profiles that match your requirements. The full hiring process timeline depends on your internal decision-making process and goals, but I work efficiently to provide quality candidates as quickly as possible.

Do you offer recruitment for both onshore and offshore candidates?

Yes, I specialise in recruiting both onshore (Australian-based) and offshore talent. Based on your specific needs, budget, and role requirements, I can source candidates locally or internationally to find the perfect match for your position.

Day 0–1

We'll schedule a 30-minute discovery to refine your job brief, company culture, ideal candidate persona, and any "must-have" technical skills. We'll also confirm your preferred interview process and timeline.

Day 10–14

I present my first slate of 5 fully vetted A-list profiles (for Single Hire) or 7 (for Pro Pack), complete with interview-ready resumes and reference-check summaries.

Offer & Onboarding

Day 21+

Once you choose a candidate and extend an offer, I coordinate everything from offer acceptance to 3-month guarantee activation. I will also share a 90-day "onboarding checklist" to help you set your new hire up for success.
